A Transformational leader consistently exhibits four behavioral competencies often called the "4 I's" (Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Inspiration Motivation and Individual Consideration). The common theme is to motivate others to do more than they originally intended and often more than they thought possible.
Business Operating System (BOS) provides a framework that ensures a strong linkage between customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and profitability. It links the strategy of the company with its tactics through the use of Business Rules and Key Performance Indicators. Benefits include: organizational alignment, operational intelligence, efficient use of resources and clear accountability.
Smart Manufacturing utilizes virtual & physical systems to enable highly effective supply chain "Make" operations. It applies flexible manufacturing techniques to respond rapidly to changing conditions. Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) is an innovation strategy that enhances manufacturing execution activities.
Not all innovations are disruptive, even if they are revolutionary. For example, the first automobiles in the late 19th century were not a disruptive innovation, because early automobiles were expensive luxury items that did not disrupt the market for horse-drawn vehicles. The market for transportation essentially remained intact until the debut of the lower-priced Ford Model T in 1908. The mass-produced automobile was a disruptive innovation, because it changed the transportation market, whereas the first thirty years of automobiles did not.
Companies can succeed by creating "blue oceans" of uncontested market space, as opposed to "red oceans" where competitors fight for dominance, the analogy being that an ocean full of vicious competition turns red with blood.
"Business disruption has become a hot topic – and it’s not just a passing trend, it’s the new normal. Whereas a decade ago business disruption was the rare exception, it is now a reality that companies face on a regular basis. The major cause of disruption is the rapid advancement of technology and globalization, which allows new business models to be introduced at an ever-increasing rate and with rapidly declining costs. The truth is, at this very moment your company is most likely either disrupting other companies or being disrupted."

Design thinking balances analytical and intuitive thinking. It combines an openness to explorative thoughts with an exploitative mentality, striking the balance between innovation and a systematic scalable process. It pulls resources back into the knowledge funnel and allows to progress through all stages.
We combine knowledge in the fields of business administration, system design, Industrial Engineering, as well as information technology and connect it to all aspects of transformation, from means of presentation to process models to cultural and change management considerations.
